RevTrak Outages
UPDATE (12:28 P.M. CT 10/18/19): RevTrak is back online and operating normally. Users are able to log in and make payments. Thank you for your patience as we worked to resolve this issue.
RevTrak is currently experiencing intermittent outages, which are affecting all users. We have determined that the issues are due to a hardware malfunction that is intermittently preventing users from logging in and making payments.
We’re sorry for this inconvenience. Our technical team is in the process of replacing the hardware causing the outages as quickly as possible. Although the system is currently online, the outages will likely continue until the replacement hardware is installed.
Please check RevTrak.com/status for ongoing, real-time updates. Status notifications will also be posted in the RevTrak Portal.
