Myranda Steen, Culinary Arts teacher at Troup High School, received a $500 Pro Start grant from the East Texas Restaurant Association at Tyler Junior College. These funds will be used to purchase equipment that will increase productivity in the kitchen. The East Texas Restaurant Association connects our student workforce with the culinary industry.
