Congrats to our student anglers for being the highest placing school at the THSBA fishing tourney on Lake O’ The Pines on March 13. The top three bags weighed in at a total of 50.37 pounds. This is Troup’s fourth tournament this season to be the top-ranking school. That’s some great fishing!!
Tucker Howell & Cooper Reid placed 2nd with 25.01 pounds, Ty Lovelady & Colby Turner placed 7th with 14.44 pounds, and Jace Lovelady & Bradley Adams placed 13th with 10.92 pounds.
Six teams qualified for the Regional tournament to be at Lake Palestine on April 9.
The Troup Team is currently in top standings for School of the Year with the team of Howell & Reid in line for Anglers of the Year.
